Shaki receives requests on a 24-hour basis making it possible for you to send your request anytime you have a need. Our operations team will reach you immediately for requests outside past 7 pm to plan how to service the request with you.

Shaki offers services for all our customers within Eldoret Town and its surroundings.

 Shaki offers customized services according to the needs of our clients. Our services are designed to respond to the customers’ requests.

Parcel pick-up and drop off services are attended to immediately you send your request.

For other services, this will be dependent on the nature of your request for example you need a cake for your birthday, we will need to place a request on your behalf and allow it to be processed. We understand importance of timely delivery of service and will at all times strive to deliver our services on time. Our agents will always communicate to you on time it will take to delivery.

Shaki works with verified and fully registered riders who understand and uphold values of the company. Security of any products or services you entrust us will be paramount, and we will at all times be open to your feedback to better serve you.
